With each day, we approach foundational capacities with enterprise thinking to optimize how we work in a well-managed way, for both ourselves and our customers.As a Change Management Sr. Manager for Capital One’s Retail Bank Enterprise Payments Organization, you will lead a team of associates to develop and support strategy to enable the delivery of well managed change, ensuring associate and business readiness for change. The ideal candidate can craft a powerful strategy and rally his team and stakeholders to deliver against it. This candidate has experience engaging and influencing a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple business lines. This leader will be a customer-focused, value-adding partner who can identify and adapt to customer needs, while also evolving our internal processes to ensure we are operating in a well managed way. This leader should be able to communicate at all levels of the organization and lead a team leveraging their exceptional proven people leadership skills.Key responsibilities for this role in the Enterprise Payments team include:
Developing a coherent destination strategic change agenda and delivering on the agenda for the Enterprise Payments Change Program
Providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results
Leveraging change data to derive insights informing strategic priorities and change practice across EP
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
Cultivating a culture that is adaptive, inclusive and focused on associate growth and development that embraces our changing environment.
Proactively managing stakeholder relationships to appropriately set expectations, ensure alignment, and maintain appropriate feedback & escalation paths
Provide guidance, establish direction, & ensure well-managed approaches for changes across the payments landscape
Strategically build knowledge management processes to support well managed operations and change implementation
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of Process Management OR at least 5 years of Project Management experience
At least 5 years of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
PROSCI Certified Change professional
CCMP Certification
Master’s Degree in Business Management or Process Management or Project Management or Risk Management
Process Management Certification (i.e. LEAN / Six Sigma)
CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, or ABA Risk Management certification
8+ years of Process Management experience
5+ years of Project Management experience
7+ years of People Management experience
5+ years of Risk Management experience
